What is the All Indonesia Application?
All Indonesia Application: Simplifying Your Arrival.
To simplify the arrival process for international travelers, especially those heading to Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya, the Indonesian government has launched the All Indonesia app. This one-stop mobile and web platform replaces multiple forms (immigration, customs, and health declarations) with a single digital form.
The All Indonesia form becomes mandatory at Bali, Jakarta, and Surabaya airports from September 1, 2025, expanding to all international ports, including seaports, by October 1.
Why It Matters
Previously, international arrivals had to juggle multiple forms: the e-CD for customs, the e-HAC for health and quarantine, plus manual immigration paperwork.
Now, All Indonesia combines all these into one streamlined digital system. The goal: a structured, efficient, and secure arrival experience that aligns with the government’s broader push for digital transformation.

A Quick Checklist Before Your Flight to Bali

- Fill Out the All Indonesia Form
Within 72 hours before departure, complete the form online. This integrates immigration, customs, and health info into one step.
- Download Your QR Code
After submitting the form, you’ll receive a QR code. This acts as your digital pass and will be scanned on arrival in Indonesia.
- Sort Out Your Visa
Depending on your nationality, apply for an e-VOA (Electronic Visa on Arrival) before your trip, or get a VOA (Visa on Arrival) at the airport once you land.
- Pay the Bali Tourist Levy
Every traveler must pay IDR 150,000. It’s quick to do online and helps support Bali’s culture and environment.
